Session Title: Bridging the Gap: Implementing AI-Driven Guidance for Student Success
This 25-minute roundtable session focuses on the Student GPS (Guidance, Planning, Support)
on the RapidPathway platform, an innovative system that streamlines the academic and career
transition for students (specifically from DCPS to UDC in our case study). We will provide a
high-level overview of this performance-driven workflow, detailing its seven-step Academic GPS
(from goal setting to degree completion) and the concurrent Career GPS (from skill
development to targeted job search). A central theme will be the integration of the AI Data Hub
(AIDAH), which provides critical decision-making support through data-driven insights, enabling
both AI-driven recommendations and human agent interventions.
