Join this interactive roundtable to share and explore how community colleges can design and sustain career pathways that promote workforce readiness while protecting student trust, equity, and responsible data use. Participants will reflect on how students from their programs navigate pathways across disciplines, credentials, and career outcomes. Through guided discussion and peer exchange, attendees will examine how operational systems, such as advising, enrollment tracking, and cross-departmental collaboration, can better support student progression when equity, accessibility, and ethical data practices are intentionally embedded. Participants will be invited to share challenges, compare approaches, and identify concrete strategies they can apply within their own institutions to strengthen alignment, support diverse learners, and improve institutional effectiveness across CTE programs.
