About me
Jan is the Founder and President of Fit First Technologies. In many respects, he has always been a bit of an oddball. He started his Corporate career in Operations and ‘accidentally’ spent 15 years in senior HR roles at PepsiCo, Hilton and Office Depot. He has been instrumental in helping organizations reduce turnover, increase diversity and productivity– all through better people practices. So from accidental HR guy to reluctant-but-determined entrepreneur, to the really unlikely owner of a thriving tech company… Jan has figured out how to make being a misfit both fun and rewarding, while fixing gnarly people problems along the way.
