About me
Traci Lepicki, Associate Director at the Center on Education and Training for Employment at The Ohio State University, leads the center’s curriculum and training development efforts. In career-technical education, workforce development, and adult education, she has over 30 years of experience developing and evaluating programs, training and coaching teachers, and disseminating best practices. She has delivered more than 50 presentations at educational conferences on topics including DACUM job analysis, competency-based education, professional development, career pathways, curriculum development, needs assessment, program evaluation, and standards-based education.
