Since joining WGTC in 2021, he has advanced employer-connected pathways, supported grant-funded student success efforts, and strengthened career readiness in technical education settings. His background spans workforce development, technical education, marketing strategy, and partnership building, giving him a practical and systems-level perspective on scalable approaches to student preparedness. He will be joined by a career services leader from Southern Methodist University who helped launch and scale SMU’s career closet initiative in 2024, bringing institutional implementation experience and measurable outcomes to the session.
