Brianne Nakayama is the Executive Director of the Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SoCal ROC), where she leads with a student-centered vision grounded in access, opportunity, and excellence. With administrative experience spanning elementary, middle, and high school settings, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the K–12 continuum and the systems that support student success. A steadfast champion of equity and inclusion, Brianne is committed to expanding access to high-quality learning experiences for all students. She is a dedicated advocate for Career Technical Education and believes that industry-connected, hands-on learning empowers students to discover purpose, build confidence, and achieve long-term success.
