Casey Renae Snipes is a brand designer, educator, and founder of Snipes Design Agency, bringing over 15 years of industry experience into Career and Technical Education. As a Graphic Arts instructor at Cardozo Education Campus in Washington, D.C., she transforms her classroom into a working design studio that mirrors postsecondary and workforce expectations.
An Adobe Certified Professional in Illustrator and Photoshop, Casey creates authentic, industry-aligned learning experiences that connect students to real opportunities through portfolio development, certification readiness, and industry partnerships. Her work focuses on building clear postsecondary pathways while strengthening students’ creative confidence and career readiness.
She is the creator of Pixel Wars, a scalable design competition that immerses students in real-world challenges rooted in collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. Casey’s work is centered on expanding access, increasing opportunity, and preparing students to thrive in the creative workforce.
