About me
Georgia Reagan serves as strategy officer for credentials of value at Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all. For nearly 5 years, she has supported innovative investment strategies that live at the intersection of community colleges and the workforce. Before joining Lumina in 2021, she worked at Mi Casa Resource Center, a nonprofit organization in Denver, serving as project director for an employer-higher education partnership aimed at boosting diversity in the financial sector. Before that, she was associate director of admissions at Emily Griffith Technical College, a public technical college that has created workforce training opportunities for adult students for over 100 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and literature from the University of Alabama and a master’s in Hispanic studies from Louisiana State University.
