About me
As Director of Student Success for the Tennessee Board of Regents, I lead statewide initiatives that advance student achievement and strengthen Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs across the College System of Tennessee. I manage a dedicated team and oversee the strategic administration and compliance of federal Perkins funding, with a focus on effective grant management, maximizing impact, and aligning resources to support student outcomes and workforce needs. My background spans middle and high school teaching, curriculum development, and higher education administration, including leadership roles across admissions, financial aid, the registrar’s office, academics, and career services. I hold two Master’s degrees in Education—one in Teaching and another in Education Administration and Policy—and bring over five years of experience in grant writing and management. I am deeply committed to expanding equitable access to high-quality education and ensuring all students have the opportunity to achieve their academic and career goals.
