Jillian Berg serves as Chief of Staff at Virtual Enterprises International, where she plays a key leadership role in advancing the organization’s mission to prepare youth for fulfilling, financially secure futures through authentic, collaborative business experiences. Over her seven years with the organization, she has led cross-functional initiatives, supported strategic planning, and helped scale programs that expand access to career-connected learning for students nationwide.
Jillian brings more than 25 years of experience in education, including 15 years as a business and marketing classroom teacher and five years as a curriculum supervisor with Broward County Public Schools. Her background in curriculum design and instructional leadership informs her commitment to creating high-quality, real-world learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse student populations, particularly those from low- to moderate-income communities.
At Virtual Enterprises International, Jillian has been instrumental in coordinating national programs and events that provide students with meaningful professional exposure and skill development.
