Lauren Starr is a Higher Education Consultant with Franklin Covey, bringing well over a decade of higher education experience, including leadership and strategic implementation experience with Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, the nation’s largest singly accredited statewide community college system. Her experience with leading the implementation of 4DX at Ivy Tech provided firsthand insight into what it takes to move priorities from strategy to action in a complex higher education environment. Lauren brings that experience to her current work with colleges and universities across the country, helping higher education leaders and teams apply 4DX to strengthen execution, translate priorities into action, and achieve meaningful, career-focused results.
