Rigieta Lord is a Pacific-based education and training professional specializing in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), workforce development, and fisheries capacity building. She currently serves as a Training Advisor at the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency, where she leads regional training initiatives, policy development, and accredited program design for Pacific Island countries.Previously, she served as Dean of Workforce, Adult and Vocational Education Services at the College of the Marshall Islands, where she expanded workforce programs and strengthened industry-aligned training pathways.Rigieta has worked with key regional and international partners, including Food and Agriculture Organization, University of the South Pacific, and Pacific Community. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in education, focusing on career readiness and workforce pathways in the Pacific, and is committed to advancing equitable and sustainable CTE systems across the region.
