Melissa is passionate about empowering students to pursue meaningful careers in healthcare, particularly those entering the field through career-focused education pathways. While she strives to inspire her students every day, she often shares that the inspiration flows both ways. The determination, resilience, and growth she sees in her students continually motivate her work as an educator and leader, because those direct connections with students remind her why this work matters. Watching transformation happen, when a student suddenly believes they can succeed, is what keeps her passionate and grounded.
