About me
Nicole Endsley, EdD, is an education leader and advocate dedicated to building sustainable systems that empower local educators to teach and lead in their own communities. Her doctoral research examined teacher retention in Alaska Title I schools, and she has carried that mission forward through state-level grant management and higher education. She currently serves as Education Pathways Manager at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she works to make higher education more accessible for Alaskans who want to become teachers and leaders where they live.
