About me
Nicole Hampton is an Associate Teaching Professor at Northern Arizona University's College of Education where she has taught for over 25 years in the Career and Technical Education bachelor’s and master’s programs and also served as the CTE area coordinator for the past 16 years. Her responsibilities include program outcome development and curriculum mapping, course design and delivery, student advising and mentoring, service activities, leadership, program assessment and reporting, articulation with the statewide community college system, and administration for the CTE degrees. She is proud to be an award-recognized educator (COE Teacher of the Year 2022-2023 | NAU Faculty Excellence in Teaching & Learning 2022-2023 |Association for Career & Technical Education 2021 Post-secondary Educator of the Year) and is passionate about ensuring student success for all learners while advocating for CTE to expand equitable opportunities.
