About me
Tola Francis‑Sanusi is a career technical education leader with over 13 years of experience supporting students, educators, and institutions across Ohio's secondary and postsecondary systems. She currently serves as the Career Pathway Support Networks (CPSN) Regional Coordinator and Goal Lead at Marion Technical College, leading regional collaboration across an 11‑county area.
Tola's work focuses on strengthening career pathways, supporting CTE educator development, and aligning education with workforce and economic needs. She is a fellow of the OACC Leadership Academy, an alumna of ACTE's NextLevel Postsecondary CTE Fellowship, and a Community College Growth Engine Fellow.
