Students are building workforce-ready skills every day. The problem is they do not know how to name them, and employers never hear about them. This session presents a practical model developed at the Community College of Aurora for helping faculty make workforce skills explicit in assignment design and helping students articulate those skills on resumes and in interviews using the NACE Career Readiness Competencies as a shared framework. Attendees will leave with tools they can adapt for their own programs the same week.
